Back to Back is a local multiplayer coach party co-op game where the 2 players are forced to help each other in extreme situations in order to survive.

The game is divided into multiple mini-games, each has its own idea, mechanic and rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborated with a team of 6 developers to use version control systems
like Git and GitHub to ensure professional collaboration, efficient code
management, and effective tracking of project progress. -
Utilized HacknPlan for effective project management, simplifying the
development process. -
Used Unreal Engine 5.1 and C++ to construct the game architecture.

Gained proficiency in Unreal Engine while transitioning code from blueprints to C++.

Emphasized the importance of writing clean, maintainable, and
extensible, modular code, following SOLID principles. -
Maintained regular communication with the artists' team to exchange
ideas and ensure solid development. -
Focused on enabling game designers to implement gameplay features
and mechanics without previous coding experience by creating modular
and intuitive tools with drag-and-drop functionality in the editor. -
Ensured the tools created allowed game designers to implement their
required functionalities without requiring previous coding expertise. -
Integrated custom AI functionalities into the game architecture.
